I had surgery at Pr 2 years ago, and I even used autologous costal cartilage, but for 2 years my nasal ala has been protruding. I checked old photos, and now the nasal dorsum has become red, and when I move it left and right, the silicone moves. The silicone still shows too. The hospital is closed now, and I’m older now too, so I want to have removal surgery altogether. Please recommend a hospital. I know Gukseok and Seowoo are famous, but I’m in Gyeonggi-do, so it seems like it would take 3 hours round trip and I don’t think I can go. Please recommend a place near Gangnam or not too far away that is good at nose removal surgery. I want to live comfortably

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
