Revision Rhinoplasty - Removing Silicone, Keeping Ear Cartilage, and Lowering the Septal Strut

As the title says. There is no inflammation, but the silicone area is throbbing, so I’m planning to remove it. I don’t like that my nostrils look a bit pinched from the front, so they said they would lower the septal strut. That must be right, right? I originally have a bulbous nose that spreads out easily, so they’re leaving the ear cartilage, but I’m also worried that only the nasal tip might end up looking heavy like a big, bulbous nose at that pointㅠㅠ When I press my nose slightly from the front, that look is my ideal nose, so I’m confused whether lowering the septal strut is the right methodㅠㅠ Another clinic says I need alar grafting, and that the septal strut is for dealing with the columella…
