I only had the nasal tip sutured using cartilage. It's been about 3 years, and I've been living fairly satisfied, but these days I've been seeing a lot of posts about nose surgery revision. They say you should keep in mind that revision surgery may be needed every 10 years or so. Would that apply even if I didn't put in an implant?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
