Hello, this is my first post. In 2016, I had nose surgery in Busan using costal cartilage that was not my own, and the contracture has become severe, so I’m looking into revision surgery. I have two questions. 1. I was told that for revision surgery, all implants in the nose have to be removed first, and revision surgery is only possible about 1 year later. Is that still the case these days? 2. Are there separate hospitals that are good at male revision surgery and female revision surgery? I searched hard, but there isn’t much information, so I’m asking like this.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
