I had a really bulbous nose, so even after getting it fixed it still isn't pretty, but my nose got inflamed, so I had revision surgery. I'm worried that if something happens to my nose again, in the worst case I might have to remove it. If I take out the silicone from my nose, can contracture happen and make it turn into an upturned nose or something like that? Or does it go back to its original state?
