It’s been well over 10 years since my surgery, and I had surgery with silicone. About a month ago, on a cold day, the entrance of my nostril started stinging, and I had tenderness in my nose and a burning sensation in my nostril, so I went to an ENT clinic. I asked whether, since I’d had nose surgery, inflammation might have developed because of that, and they said they didn’t think that was the case and prescribed antibiotics. After taking those, I felt like it got a little better, but I still had discomfort, so after finishing all the medicine, I went to an ENT clinic in Gangnam that’s also well known for removal and asked them. They said it didn’t seem to be silicone-related inflammation, told me to stop taking the medicine and watch it, and said that if it was still uncomfortable, I should have it removed.
