I wonder if I have a foreign-body sensation and inflammation in my nose My nose keeps getting blocked, and when I cough or blow my nose, chunks come out with it, so it’s gross. Did inflammation develop? My nose is itchy and I keep sneezing when I touch it. Do I need surgery for this too? I’m curious. If I cough often like this, do I need surgery?
