I got silicone a long time ago and it started showing through, so I’m planning to remove it. For the past few months, I’ve been doing online research and going around in person, and I’ve been to 8 placesㅋ I was never interested in the nasal bridge in the first place and only wanted to fix my bulbous nose, but my bulbous nose didn’t improve and they had only put silicone inㅜㅜ When I said this during removal consultations, they said that if I remove the nasal tip fat while removing the implant, the effect won’t be huge but it should get at least a little better, and I’m temptedㅋㅋ I’m seriously torn over whether I should just remove it so I never touch my nose again, or since I still hate my wide natural nose, try removing even a little fat.
