Because of a foreign-body sensation and tenderness, I’m planning to remove the silicone and lower the step-off at the nasal tip. In this case, would I be able to live comfortably without worrying about inflammation or contracture? For my nose surgery, silicone and septal cartilage were used. I got rhinoplasty without thinking much, but removal is difficult too ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
