I had alar reduction together with the nasal bridge and nasal tip. Right now, there is slight nostril asymmetry, but it isn’t severe. It’s only to a degree that I notice. But I feel like this asymmetry is probably from the nasal alae rather than the bridge or tip. The connected line of the nostril wings is subtly different, and when I’m still, the asymmetry isn’t bad, but when I flare my nostrils, the asymmetry is really severe. One nostril goes upward, and the other moves to the side. In a case like this, if I get complete removal, could the asymmetry become worse? The nasal obstruction and foreign-body sensation are so severe that I want removal …
