I just had removal surgery. The reason for removal was because of inflammation after revision surgery, and I probably wrote about it in detail in my previous post. They said that when they opened it up, it was clean with no inflammation, but they removed it just in case. Maybe that’s why the sense of loss feels really huge. Now that the nasal bridge that had been settled with silicone for over 10 years is gone, it feels empty, and I’m already worried because my nose looks upturned. Unlike when I had the irrigation, there’s some pain too, so I’m extremely worried. I’ve been on the operating table 3 times within a month, and 4 times just this year: 2 revision surgeries, 1 irrigation, and 1 removal …
