It’s been 10 years since I had surgery on my nasal tip, apparently using only ear cartilage, and sometimes it feels tight, so I’m looking into having it removed. If it was done with only ear cartilage, is cartilage repositioning the right thing to do, or is pure removal alone right? I went for consultations and they were divided like that. Which would be right? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
