It’s been 10 years since I had surgery on my nasal tip, apparently using only ear cartilage, and sometimes it feels tight, so I’m looking into having it removed. If it was done with only ear cartilage, is cartilage repositioning the right thing to do, or is pure removal alone right? I went for consultations and they were divided like that. Which would be right?
