I went to several places for consultations, and only this clinic said there was a risk of nasal tip depression and suggested reinforcing it with dermis. But I heard that most people who had consultations there were advised to use dermis. Has anyone been told there could be depression, but had the implant removed and was completely fine? If it becomes depressed and dermis is inserted, wouldn’t it get absorbed later and sink again? Or is this clinic particularly prone to recommending dermis?
