I’m planning to remove the silicone, match the height difference, and either slightly lower the nasal tip or not lower it and fill with ear cartilage. But I had a hump shaved down and osteotomy done on the nasal bridge. If I leave the nasal tip, will my facial features look less defined than my original natural face?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
