Columellar strut

My nasal tip collapsed and drooped, so I fixed it with septal extension, but it was uncomfortable, so I changed to a columellar strut. But it's definitely more comfortable than the former. Still, maybe because it's a structure where I can't really make a pig nose, it feels stiff and rigid. I'm wondering if, after 6 months, I could have just a small amount removed through a closed approach and adjust the cartilage, etc., to maintain the shape as much as possible, whether it might be comfortable while still maintaining the shape. What do you think?
