It’s been 2 weeks since I had surgery with donor costal cartilage and silicone. My original nose wasn’t like this, but after surgery, my nose is too round and my nostrils show way too much, so I’m planning revision surgery after 6 months. I’m somehow really worried about side effects from the silicone, so I want to remove it too. I want to reshape the nasal tip and take out the silicone, but if I do this, will something like a contracture phase happen? Honestly, I just need only the nasal tip to be raised slightly from my natural nose. I’m so stressed ㅜㅠ It can become naturally higher than my natural nose, right? I wonder if there will be shape deformation ㅜㅜㅠ
