Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Will my original nose come back vs a third kind of nose

When I watch YouTube, doctors who perform rhinoplasty say it becomes a third kind of nose and that after removing it, it won’t go back to the original nose. But when I watch YouTube channels from removal-specialized clinics, they say not to read strange posts online, and that if you remove it and do cartilage repositioning, it can go back to the original nose. So what is actually right?

I do have some desire to have it removed at the clinic where I had my first surgery, for financial reasons. But that first-surgery clinic’s YouTube says it won’t become the original nose and the shape won’t be pretty, so they discourage people who want removal out of anxiety. I think they said something like that during the consultation too. I’m not removing it because of anxiety, I’m removing it because I look like Pinocchio.

Does cartilage repositioning really have that much of an effect? Will it just make it round...
