I had a consultation at ㅍㄹㅁ, one of the top 3 places for removal, and my plan isn’t full removal but more like cartilage repositioning. If the septal extension is left only short, will the stiffness or discomfort at the nasal tip really go away? The director said the stiffness would go away, but there are barely any photo reviews and I feel like I haven’t seen proper real reviews eitherㅠㅠ If anyone here has surgical experience at ㅍㄹㅁ, please tell me whether you recommend it or notㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m so desperate because I really want to stop doing my nose now

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
