It’s been 1 year and 2 months since I had revision rhinoplasty, and midway through, I also got an aftercare revision because there was a step-off like a saddle nose and the hump wasn’t shaved down enough. But honestly, no matter how I look at it, I don’t like it, and I’ve never once been satisfied with it. When the step-off that looked like a saddle nose appeared before, the doctor said it was because only the nasal tip had been raised and that it wasn’t a saddle nose, but I still couldn’t trust them. So this time, while preparing for a third rhinoplasty, I contacted the previous clinic to get my records. When I asked if I could receive my surgical record, they said there would be a fee, so I asked if they could check how much septal cartilage was left, and they said since I’m having revision surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
