I'm stressed because especially my side profile looks too artificial. Every time I take photos, I end up worrying about the angle, and even when I'm with friends, I become unnecessarily self-conscious. When I looked into removal surgery, I heard it's more complicated than expected and can also be risky. I'm worried about things like scarring or side effects, and I'm also curious whether, after removal, my nose can completely go back to how it originally was.
