It’s been a little over 3 months since my first surgery, and I had silicone, a septal support graft, and columellar lengthening. I’m debating whether to have everything removed as an AS revision at my first-surgery clinic, or pay 4.5 million won plus separate VAT at a removal-specialized clinic. 1. My first-surgery clinic has a lot of revision surgery experience, but I don’t know if they have a lot of experience with full removal. They didn’t ruin my first surgery, so it’s not like I don’t trust them, but they said it a bit simply, like they would just remove it, so I’m not sure whether it’s because the surgery is actually simpler than I thought, or whether they’re just saying that because I want it taken out. They said they don’t have before-and-after removal photos or anything like that, so that part worries me. ENT...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
