Revision after revision nose surgery, implant removal, no implant... everything is so hardㅠㅠ please help

First of all, my primary surgery was a closed approach 6 years ago with silicone and septal cartilage. A few years later, my nasal tip collapsed and a step-off developed. Still, up until then, I had done it together with functional nose surgery at an ENT clinic, it was a closed approach, and I never even thought about things like inflammation or contracture, so I had no aversion to nose surgery. Recently, I had a revision with silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and there were signs of inflammation. So I had another open surgery for irrigation, the silicone was replaced, and the inflamed autologous costal cartilage was replaced with donated costal cartilage. After all that, my nose now has every kind of material inside itㅠㅜ Even worse, after the irrigation, my nose shape changed...
