It’s been exactly 8 months since my nose surgery. So far, I haven’t had any side effects like inflammation or contracture, but I’m just living without paying much attention to the columella scar or nostril asymmetry. My psychological anxiety is so bad that I want to have it removed. Recently, I went to the clinic and told them I was also thinking about removal, and they said that since there’s no problem for now, we should wait until the 1-year mark first. But if I do want removal, I’m debating whether I should get it removed relatively cheaply at the clinic where I had the surgery as an after-service procedure, or save up money over the next few years and have it removed at a clinic specializing in removal. What does everyone think? The clinic where I had the surgery…
