I had paranasal augmentation and nasal tip surgery together.... I did it with Gore-Tex...the nasal tip was just tied and lifted.. It has not been a year yet since I had it done.... At first, I don’t think it was like this.. But it seems to be gradually coming down... I had a slightly hump nose, you know..? But looking at it now... the hump protrudes a little, so it bothers me so much... I heard that Gore-Tex sinks down more and more as time passes.... So I’m thinking of shaving down the hump again and doing the nasal tip with cartilage.. leaving the paranasal augmentation as it is... I’m satisfied with the paranasal augmentation... so what I mean is.. Please give me some information on nose surgery, and revision surgery at that... Please
