My current condition is that I have 3 mm L-shaped silicone and cartilage inserted, and the nasal tip looks white and round through the skin. ㄱㅇㅅ - They said they would remove the silicone capsule and set up cartilage between the nostrils. They said the nasal tip showing through would improve after surgery, but it may still be noticeable. ㅊㅁ - Silicone and nasal tip cartilage removal. If the silicone is removed, a step-off may occur. If there is a step-off, AlloDerm on the nasal bridge. If the nasal tip becomes depressed, they will add autologous dermis. Capsule removal. This is what I was told at the consultations, but I really never want to have nose surgery again. So I like ㅊㅁ, but adding AlloDerm to the nasal bridge...
