Nasal congestion after nose surgery

First of all, in my case, I had rhinoplasty with ear cartilage and silicone 1 year after surgery for a deviated nasal septum. But for cases like mine, I’ve seen a lot of hospital posts saying that the already weakened septum can’t hold up and collapses, causing nasal congestion. In fact, my septum is currently deviated like that, and from the outside, my columella also looks deviated. When I sleep, one side of my nose gets badly blocked, so I sometimes wake up feeling like I can’t breathe. It seems like it won’t be enough to just remove the nasal implant; while dealing with the implant, the collapsed septum also needs to be straightened, so I think I need to look into ENT clinics, but maybe…
