I have a bulbous nose, and I had surgery. My nose did get a little smaller, but honestly, it basically looks the same. So I went back to that clinic, and they said they won’t do a revision A/S. Instead, they said they’d give me half off since it was where I had it done, so about 1 million won. Before, they asked for 3 million, then around 2.5 million. Honestly, I feel like the money was such a waste I could die. These days they say surgery can be done with a closed approach, and I also had it done closed, but how can there be absolutely no visible change? Oh, and it was an osteotomy, but can’t they reduce the cartilage in the front? For those who had surgery for a bulbous nose, please tell me how you had it done.
