I looked it up online and saw drawbacks like AirPods falling out easily or the ear becoming floppy. I’m debating whether to build up the columella with ear cartilage or just leave it as is.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
