Two and a half years ago, I had surgery only on my nasal tip using ear cartilage, but it suddenly started protruding in a white, pointy way, so I went for a consultation at the original clinic ㅠㅠ But the director who performed my surgery back then moved to another clinic, so I have to have the surgery done by a different director. I think they said the surgical method would be to shave down the cartilage a little and cover it with postauricular fascia. If I do it this way, will it look very different from the original shape? I’m worried because I heard that if it’s covered with fascia, dermis, or things like that, the nasal tip can look square or extremely blunt ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅ Now...
