I’m planning to have surgery for a deviated septum and raise my nasal tip at the same time without an implant. Do no-implant nose surgeries usually often need revision surgery too? Aside from simply not liking the shape, are there many people here who had side effects?ㅜㅜ I’m wondering if I should just do the functional part only.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
