My history - first rhinoplasty 6 years ago - revision surgery this year 3/31 - early correction on 4/25 because the columella was crooked - closed irrigation on 7/24 because an inflammatory reaction occurred My first rhinoplasty really turned out well, and I lived fine without anything close to an inflammatory reaction, but then I got greedy about my appearance because of that damn Instagram lol, and I impulsively got revision surgery As a result, I developed inflammation and decided to have everything removed I really, really don’t think rhinoplasty is something you should do carelessly. Inflammatory reactions also seem like a matter of luck depending on the person, almost like some random game There’s a reason there’s a separate removal forum…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
