My history - first rhinoplasty 6 years ago - revision surgery this year 3/31 - early correction on 4/25 because the columella was crooked - closed irrigation on 7/24 because an inflammatory reaction occurred My first rhinoplasty really turned out well, and I lived fine without anything close to an inflammatory reaction, but then I got greedy about my appearance because of that damn Instagram lol, and I impulsively got revision surgery As a result, I developed inflammation and decided to have everything removed I really, really don’t think rhinoplasty is something you should do carelessly.
