I already have a saddle nose; is it okay to remove the entire septal cartilage?

It’s been 10 years since my first surgery with silicone and septal cartilage. In the 2nd year after the first surgery, I had only the silicone removed, and in the 8th year, my nasal bone broke haha. I don’t know if it’s because my nasal bone broke or because scar tissue filled in the area where the silicone was removed, but my nasal bridge has become much higher than my original nose. But maybe my septum is deviating, because my nostrils are uneven in size, and my nose also looks crooked from the frontㅜㅜㅜ On top of that, as the broken nasal bone healed, it became like a hump, and a step-off formed between the nasal bone and the septal cartilage at the nasal tip, making it look like a saddle nose.
