During my revision rhinoplasty, my alar cartilage started protruding, and when I had my nose implant/material removed, I asked whether the protruding alar cartilage could be fixed. They said OK, so I went ahead with it. But now it protrudes even more noticeably on the outside, and I got a columellar scar on top of that. I’m going crazyㅠ I thought removal would be the end of it. When I look at the ㄱㅇㅅ blog, I saw they correct cartilage through a closed approach. Will it definitely be corrected? Has anyone had correction done at ㄱㅇㅅ? I’m so stressed. I really don’t want to go back to the hospital where I had my nose removal doneㅠㅠ Every time I go, what they say keeps changing

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
