Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Why do they quote revision prices for people with a nasal septal perforation when getting rhinoplasty?

I had septoplasty for a deviated septum and ended up with about a 1 cm perforation, not in the front but toward the back. I tried to get it closed, but the success rate was too low, so I decided to just live with it. But when I go for rhinoplasty consultations, every place quotes me the cost as a revision surgery fee. What should I do? It’s not a revision, and this would be my first nose surgery ㅠㅠ
