Abdominoplasty + Umbilicoplasty

Before<Before abdominoplasty (45 kg)>Before<Before abdominoplasty>Before<Before abdominoplasty (abdominal skin is very loose)>Before<Before abdominoplasty (sagging abdominal skin)>After<Day 2 after abdominoplasty (drain in place)>After<8 days after abdominoplasty (drain removed)>After<2 weeks after abdominoplasty (bandage removed)>After<3 weeks after abdominoplasty (after post-op care)>After<One month after abdominoplasty (compression abdominal binder removed)>Hello~ It has been one month since I had surgery at Tangle Plastic Surgery^^ At first I wondered, how will I make it to one month? Will time pass quickly? Will I be able to endure it? But as I watched myself change day by day and removed one thing each week like a mission, a month passed like that. If the first week was hard because of the battle with the drain, the second week was hard because of the battle with the compression garment. That indescribable stuffiness, whether asleep or awake... only people who have tried it will know. But humans are creatures of adaptation, and I got used to that too, so I actually felt anxious when I took it off lol. Funny, right?^^ In the third week, I had some itching, so I applied moisturizing cream frequently to minimize irritation as much as possible~ The final fourth week felt like a battle with swelling. Some days my legs would swell a lot, and other days they would suddenly go down, repeatedly. Still, I was reassured because it was all swelling, but on the other hand I did worry a little, what if it’s fat? After those 4 weeks passed, I went to the hospital and received Smilux and radiofrequency care (post-op care). It was my second post-op care session. When I first received radiofrequency, I couldn’t even feel the heat, but this time I could feel the warmth, so I could tell my abdomen had recovered a lot in just a week. After that, I saw the doctor~ The doctor, the nurse, and even the consultant all said I was recovering well and that the surgery had gone very well~ And when I heard that I no longer needed any more taping or the compression abdominal binder, I was so happy it felt like I had the whole world^^ I still have to wear a compression garment for another month, but a compression garment is nothing now^^ Every morning I started by checking my weight, and from the third week I began light exercise within a level that was not too strenuous~!! After exercising, I check my body visually. Since I do a visual body check every day, I don’t feel the changes dramatically, but people around me react completely differently~!! When I go out wearing tight clothes, they say I have no belly fat at all and that they’re so jealous, and even my kids at home say Mom’s belly is flat lol. At those times, I feel so proud..^^ When I went to exercise and told people I had surgery, it seems several people wanted to do it too~ As someone who had the surgery first, I highly, highly recommend it! Abdominal skin is something that remains like a scar of glory for moms who were severely obese or had frequent childbirths, but I don’t think there’s any need to keep it. It’s a surgery you can manage even while taking care of three kids and organizing a house. So there’s no need to be too scared just because it’s an abdominoplasty!! Recently I went shopping for clothes with my family, and a size 24, which I could never even dream of before, fit me!! ^^ Since my belly fat disappeared, my pants size went down by two sizes... I’m so excited^^ I’ll come back with another review next time. If you’re considering abdominoplasty, hurry before it gets even hotter^^
