I had nasal osteotomy, a slight hump reduction, and had the nasal tip built up with septal cartilage.. My nasal bridge was on the high side, but after shaving down the hump, the bridge looks lower.. Putting that aside, my nasal tip doesn’t have that defined, sharp-looking feel.. They made my nasal tip too natural, a roundish style that doesn’t look like I had surgery.. My nose wasn’t very unattractive to begin with,, I just had surgery because I wanted the nasal tip to look sharp and pretty.. but it didn’t come out as expected... After surgery, if something feels a little lacking like in my case, does the doctor make an additional correction so you like it more? When seen from the side, it’s just a straight line and the nasal tip is roundish. If I ask them to raise the nasal tip a bit more sharply, would they just do it as a complimentary service? After the stitches were removed and the swelling went down a little, I told the doctor that the nasal tip looked low, but they said no and that we would only know after the swelling went down. Still, the side-profile line/shape seems the same even now that time has passed. Regardless of swelling, the swelling will go down overall anyway, so the nasal tip still doesn’t have a defined, sharp-looking feel... Satisfaction with a surgically created nose shape can vary depending on personal preference, but in a case like mine, is it natural for them to provide a complimentary correction, or should I go to another clinic for revision surgery? What did you all do? I thought I’d become prettier as long as I had surgery, but I didn’t know my nose might not become as pretty as I expected depending on the nose shape the surgeon pursues...ㅜㅜ...
