Nasal tip deformity? Contracture? What could it be?

18 years ago, I had my nasal tip done with autologous dermis and ear cartilage. Back then, I wanted a natural look, so I only wanted to do the nasal bridge, but the doctor said the tip had to be done together too. They made it too pointy and high, so I was distressed, but I was too scared of revision surgery, so I accepted it and just lived with it, roughly hiding it with glasses. But recently, my nostrils have become more visible and my nasal tip feels shorter. Ever since I became aware of it, it feels like it’s lifting a little more every day ㅠㅠ The area inside my nose where the columellar cartilage support was placed also seems to hurt a bit ㅠㅠ I’m distressed. In this kind of case, could it be symptoms of contracture caused by ear cartilage?ㅠ…
