I finally got my stitches removed today, but my nasal tip has become a bulbous nose T.T

I had surgery last Saturday. My original nose was a long nose with a slight hump, so they performed quite a major surgery, fracturing the nasal bridge and reshaping the nasal tip using my own cartilage, something like septal cartilage -.-;
