I'm planning to have revision surgery or removal because the silicone on my nasal bridge is showing and the cartilage at my nasal tip is showing (the nasal tip is septal cartilage). I've gone around to several clinics and had consultations, but I'm really torn between the two, so I wanted to ask. 1 Remove the silicone by a closed approach, and lower the nasal tip to match the removed silicone 2 Remove the silicone by an open approach and remake the nasal tip shape I'm definitely going to remove the implant, but the nasal tip show-through is only noticeable to me and the doctors, so should I just refine it with a closed approach and leave it at that, or open it and completely remake the nasal tip …
