I want to get double eyelid surgery, but the hospital director or manager says my skin is on the very thick side and doesn’t recommend surgery. Would it still not look good even if the line is set very low as an inner double eyelid? If the skin is thick, after surgery does it become sausage eyes or look very unnatural?
