I'm a man, and I'm very concerned that my face looks broad because I have prominent cheekbones. I don't think my square jaw is that severe, but I do get Botox regularly to look a bit slimmer. I'm definitely planning to do cheekbone reduction, but I'm curious whether it would be better to do square jaw surgery too, and whether it is a surgery with a good frontal-view effect.
