Hello, I’m a man now in my mid-20s. I developed gynecomastia after gaining weight rapidly in high school. When summer comes, I often wear short-sleeved shirts or dress shirts, and it bothers me quite a lot, so I’m thinking of having surgery. But people around me keep opposing it, saying it’s not that severe and that if I lose weight it’ll all go in. I’ve lost about 10 kg, but it seems the same, so would it be better to get the surgery secretly?
