Question about doing the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage

It’s been about 5 years since my first rhinoplasty with septal cartilage, and I’m thinking about revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage because I’m dissatisfied with the shape. What worries me is that they say when surgery is done with autologous costal cartilage, the nasal tip looks awkward when making facial expressions. For those who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, as time passes, does that awkward feeling remain when you smile or do similar expressions?
