To be exact, I think it's better to avoid surgery that raises the nasal bridge if possible. Since it involves putting in an implant, there can be many side effects, and more than anything, it seems way too obvious. I don't know about other areas, but with the nose, even just in photos it looks a bit artificial. Unless it's seriously damaged, I think it's important to create overall harmony with the other features.
