I visited three clinics: ㅊㅂㅉ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅇㅂㅈ. My under-eyes have severe dark circles and the cheek area lacks fat too, so my face looks very hollow, and all three clinics said the same thing. As for the surgery method, ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅇㅂㅈ both recommended fat grafting, with ㅅㅅㅇ saying they would graft fat from the thighs and ㅇㅂㅈ saying they would graft fat from the abdomen. ㅊㅂㅉ said they would not fill the hollow area with fat grafting, but instead use an artificial dermis to fill it. ㅊㅂㅉ was really as expensive as rumored. But after looking at the reviews...
