For a nose with relatively thick skin and very noticeable pores, even if I get cosmetic rhinoplasty, would it show a lot and not look good? I saw posts saying that if the skin is thick, it doesn't show much and is okay, but I also saw posts saying there are limits to improving the shape, so I'm really confused. The shape is a problem too, but I also tend to have rhinitis and sinusitis, so I want to do functional rhinoplasty together. I'm not sure where I should look for places that do both function and aesthetics, so please recommend lots of places that do both. I've looked at 히ㅌ, ㅈ이ㅌ, ㅈ앤ㅈ, ㅂ더ㄴ so far. I already finished booking consultations at three of these, so I'm going for consultations the week after next. I'm planning to go to as many consultations as possible…
