I'm planning to get ptosis correction in January

After ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery, hospitals usually say to avoid weight training, lifting heavy things, bending your head down, work where you lower your posture and lift heavy objects, or manual labor for about 1 month, right? But at the earliest, would it be okay to do it after about 2 to 3 weeks? If the swelling goes down well or it settles a bit within that time, is it okay? Dust shouldn't get into the eyes, right? I work at an interior construction site, so I'm a bit worried about that. Please give advice from people who have done it. If it's soon, I might do it in the middle or end of next month, or in January...
