I decided to get surgery for my low nose, short nose, and bulbous nose. At the first consultation clinic, the director, who is said to be good at rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam, recommended costal cartilage. It was very expensive, and harvesting costal cartilage sounded too scary. They said donated cartilage can be absorbed, so it may come down slightly later. I wondered if I should give up on surgery, but at the second consultation clinic near my home, I consulted with a director who came from Gangnam and is good at eye and nose surgery, and they said they don’t use costal cartilage for a first rhinoplasty and would use septal cartilage. The more I look into this and that, the harder it is to choose A momentary choice can affect the rest of your life...
