I’m looking into male rhinoplasty, and I noticed that places that do rhinoplasty are divided into ENT clinics and plastic surgery clinics. For functional aspects, I feel like ENT would probably have the advantage, but if the shape is more important, it would be better to do it at a plastic surgery clinic, right? Also, I don’t have rhinitis, but one side of my nose is always about 70 percent blocked, and it alternates between both sides, so breathing isn’t comfortable. In this kind of case, would functional rhinoplasty not be necessary?
