I’m looking into surgery for a bulbous nose, and I heard that for men’s noses especially, you have to look carefully at the materials. The lines seem mostly similar, and for a straight shape, they seem to use autologous costal cartilage and costal cartilage a lot, and they don’t seem to do implant surgery much. Can anyone tell me what it’s like? I’m thinking of doing it without an implant, but I have a bit of a dorsal hump, so I’m deliberation. I’m currently considering two places, but I’m not sure.
